Video widgets for website
This is my favorite feature, just because it’s very easy to add video publishing capabilities into a website built on any technology. Your website might even be a set of static HTML pages.
There are 3 widgets: Quickcast, Player and Playlist.
Quickcast is a video publishing tool, it allows your users to record and upload video to your website (actually all video files are stored on our server, so you don’t bother about disk space).
Playlist shows list of video clips horizontally, vertically or in a table. You can choose among 4 predefined playlists:
- Video posted to my site – videos most recently uploaded or recorded via your website
- Video posted by me – your most recent videos
- Top videos – most popular videos
- Latest video – videos uploaded to your site sorted by date
Player shows single video and some information about it, like author, number of views etc. it can be attached to one of the playlists mentioned above and it will show the top video on the list.
All widgets are customizable to suite your website design. You go to this page http://bubble-cast.com/website.html, choose the colors you like and get the embed code that you will just paste into your website page.
I will not give example of how you can use this feature, because we set up a demo website so you can see it in action.
